Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of service. Once payment is made and you leave the salon, it indicates your acceptance and satisfaction with the service.
Appointments and Cancellations: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of the salon.

Ingrown Nail Removal: Your safety is our priority. While we are happy to assist with ingrown nail removal upon request, please note that we are not licensed podiatrists. If you choose this service, it will be performed at your own risk. Sophia Nguyen Spa Nails LLC cannot be held responsible for any complications, such as infections or discomfort, that may arise. For serious concerns, we recommend visiting a healthcare professional.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
